Personal counselling is just between you and a trusted counsellor. A counsellor won’t try to solve your problems, or give you advice; we just help you find clarity for some often complex and messy issues in life.

Relationship counselling

Safety and trust in relationships is possible. A relationship counsellor works with two or more clients in a shared session discovering dynamics and underlying emotional drivers that keep us stuck in dysfunctional relationship patterns.
